Awesome story! This is a very pivotal point in the story and the author uses it well. In this case Sirius stops by Godrics Hollow instead of continuing his flight to safety in order to say goodbye. In doing so he realizes the mistakes he makes and what he could and should have done in regards to Harry. At that point the desire to get as far away from England suddenly fades and he realizes that he was under a mild compulsion spell. His resolve strengthens when he realizes that he can no longer trust Dumbledore explicitly. It is time he turned to his roots because the only one that can stand up to Dumbledore, the Ministry, the Wizengamot and the Deatheators is going to be Lord Black of the Ancient and Noble House of Black. Look out Britain the Blacks and Potters are back and stronger then ever. Voldemort will never know what hit him.

Excellent mentor story. No bashing, no super Harry, no instant parent, instead a story about a promise kept, a trust earned, a life saved and a child that learns that he can depend on someone to be there when he walks into danger. I love this story in that Snape remains in character. He does not become some sentimental lovey dovey guardian. He is sarcastic, obnoxious, tells the truth no matter how it hurts and will do anything and everything to protect the son of his best friend. First as an obligation then because he sees him as his son. New twist for getting rid of Voldemort that I have seen variations of but not this particular method and it follows the laws of magic.

I love this story poor Harry he just cannot get it right. This story is in response to a challenge posted and is one of the few going back in time stories that is not over the top. He has power but it has its own problems. He has two possible soul bonds and accidentally bonds with both instead of choosing one. He is changing things left and right and I love how he deals with a Snape that is much more then he seems. The story flows well, there is action, romance, humor and they have to deal with some dark issues that they may not be ready for. The characterization of Ginny is very interesting and one I do not remember having read before. I cannot wait to see where the author is going with it. This is a great story and one that only gets better as it goes along.

I do love Severus and Harry in any relationship which is weird when you think about it but they click. In this you have the cliche wrong boy who lived but without the over the top abuse you find in some stories. Snape gets roped into watching Harry when training begins with Adrian and over time they develop a  relationship that transcends the normal mentor to a father son relationship. Harry loves his parents but they cannot relate to him anymore. This is a Harry raised to be all that he can be by someone who believes in him. Introduce Merlin and a new prophecy, a friend closer then his own twin, friends that believe in him and a mind that was taught there are no limits you have an awesome story. I love the trouble he and Snape get into on their hidden vacations and when they do the great reveal I was laughing so hard I was crying. Cannot wait to see where it goes next.

I love this series of one shots because damn they are funny. Slayers do not know she is with the Avengers and a shield agent; the Avengers do not know she is a slayer and strong enough to knock out Ironman. Of course eventually they each find out and it is just a light hearted funny series that does not take itself too seriously. This has got to be one of my favorite lines in the series. This is when Coulson gives her the badge making her a "Limited" Shield agent because he has made it clear if she is ever a full time agent he is retiring.

"Does that mean I get a title? Am I Agent Lewis? Can I arrest people? Can I shoot people? Can I squeeze them, and hug them, and call them George?"
Coulson picked up his pen and returned to his paperwork. "You're title is Special Agent Lewis. You could arrest people before. It's your right as an American to have the ability to make a citizens arrests. You already shoot too many people with your taser. And, what you do in your spare time, hopefully in your bedroom, is none of my business."

Excellent story the world is ending and the gods are not happy. They decide that the world needs more champions and that the infamous Halloween Costume Magical night was the best chance especially if they use only one the Marvel Comics. They also decided to fix a few of the more problematic people. Mainly Buffy and her inability to listen to anyone and Angel would couldn't hold on to his soul and caused more problems with his wishy washy character. They also bring in more people early such as the Gunns, the Doyles, Pike, Jonathan, Wood and some potentials. Afterwards they keep most of the powers they are permanent but what I like is that they are not all powerful. They are human they make mistakes, they are teens and young adults and hormones get in the way but it is a damn good story and definitely worth rereading.

Excellent story, I love this story mainly because it flows so well and is realistic. Rich Squib customers come to the Dursleys for dinner and just happen to hear a voice under the stair. At first he thinks it is a house elf after checking because he was sure he was dealing with muggles he finds he was wrong. Upon realizing it is a child's voice he asks his name, when Marcus Black hears the name Harry Potter he is furious. He calls to his wife Clytemnestra Malfoy Black and after hearing the pitiful excuses and comments they take 6 year old Harry away.
 They know they must do something and Marcus has a portrait of the Potters as he was close to James. After consulting they decide to make him a Black using dark blood magic. He is presented as the son of Regina Malfoy and Sirius Black. And the story takes off from there the most interesting characters to me are Cassiopeia Black and Abraxas Malfoy. Cassiopeia finds out the truth almost from the beginning but decides he has enough Black blood through his grandmother and the blood ritual as well as the power to defeat the Dark Lord and lets not forget being a parselmouth to become an excellent Heir and future Lord preferably dark but would settle for grey. Dumbledore never saw them coming.
