Great, great story something that I have come to expect from this author. This is the first I think that has the goblins involved in the time travel. Harry doesn't come to Hogwarts and when they go to get Harry they find he died at the age of three from starvation. The poor little body is brought back to be buried alongside his parents. The funeral makes you cry and the author hints at what is to come when as they are leaving there are cloaked figures watching it all. Severus is the one to figure it out first since he dressed the body and realized his magic was in the body, it was a golem. He is the one to go back in time and a wonderful story begins to unfold. I like this author in particular because of her character development, their humanity makes them easy to relate to, they are not over the top super Harry and supporting cast. In this case Severus takes Harry to the Caribbean to a world so different from British magic. The trials and tribulations of a single father especially one of Severus temperament is funny. Snape begins to realize that he has let people in beginning with his son who he will die to protect hoping that once he learns the truth he will not hate him. The headmaster of Harry’s school is in the know due to circumstances giving him someone to connect with. In addition he has become general friends with many in the area, he is no longer the greasy bat of the dungeons. A very enjoyable story with a sequel, I can't wait to see where it goes.

Great story I did the banner last year and thought I had posted it evidently not. The story is about what would happen if Lily gave Severus another chance. After Harry is born James makes a big mistake. He cheats on Lily then has the balls to slap her for being angry, she leaves and ends up going with Severus, Lucius, Narcissa and baby Draco. This changes the story completely, Narcissa and Lily bond over the babies and Lily and Severus get together. The story has great character build up with Severus coming into his own. He is portrayed as a man so deeply in love he is able to accept another man's child in his heart and magic. A potions master, spell crafter, dangerous fighter Severus shows what he could be with the right partner. James shows the results of getting away with everything with an "I am sorry". Dumbledore realizes just how badly he has let down Severus and all the Slytherins. Great action scenes and the ones of Lucius and Severus as fathers are wonderful.

Awesome story that will have you cackling madly, at least I did. Harry's first detention with Snape has some surprising consequences not the least of which is Snape as Harry's new guardian. Harry realizes that Snape's evil persona is a mask and quickly decides that he is the best thing to ever happen to him. Snape's struggle to protect and help Harry adjust to a new life where he is not a freak is funny. Snape is still the consummate Slytherin, he detests Gryffindors, he is strict and no nonsense so how does he end up the uncle to the Weasleys, dad to Harry and a pinup to Hooch and his fan club, read and find out. The characters ring true with Dumbledore not being clueless or criminally manipulative, McGonagall is a true Gryffindor with a dash of ruthlessness that surprises Snape, Sirius has grown up enough to realize he makes a great crazy uncle and a lousy father. The story takes place in the first two years and ends with the destruction of Voldemort. Wonderful story with great action and I love the way Snape is portrayed.

I do love Severus and Harry in any relationship which is weird when you think about it but they click. In this you have the cliche wrong boy who lived but without the over the top abuse you find in some stories. Snape gets roped into watching Harry when training begins with Adrian and over time they develop a  relationship that transcends the normal mentor to a father son relationship. Harry loves his parents but they cannot relate to him anymore. This is a Harry raised to be all that he can be by someone who believes in him. Introduce Merlin and a new prophecy, a friend closer then his own twin, friends that believe in him and a mind that was taught there are no limits you have an awesome story. I love the trouble he and Snape get into on their hidden vacations and when they do the great reveal I was laughing so hard I was crying. Cannot wait to see where it goes next.

A good story that in the last few chapters became a great story. The story line of Harry being abused then found by a member of the staff usually Snape then rescued as been done a thousand times. This is definitely one of the better ones. Good Malfoy and a great manipulative Dumbledore make the story come to life. The drawings in the cupboard was an innovative touch and made the transition from guardian to son easier to understand from Harry's point of view. His angel told him that the Dark Man would save him and he did. The characters are human not saints and make mistakes. There is no Weasley bashing although Ron does prove that he is an immature git. The ending will surprise you and the fact that justice was served just makes it more enjoyable. I know I cheered. I do hope there is a sequel dealing with Sirius Black because we all know that he will never stand for Severus Snape being the father of Harry Potter.

I do like stories where Snape gets his head out his ass and becomes the snarky, iron covered marshmallow heart that we all love. Not to mention his familiar that will make you laugh Skullduggery, a raven from the Tower, smart ass, intelligent, loyal and did I mention smart ass. Au from the Troll incident where Harry ends up in the library depressed that all are celebrating the death of his parents, Snape finds him then the troll does. Nothing ties you together better then fighting a troll.
