Awesome, awesome story that follows the line of what if Thor was smarter & faster to realize that Loki was being controlled, what if Phil, Natasha & Clint didn't trust Fury, what if Tony played Fury and decided to call in back-up in the form of the X-Men, what if the Battle of New York went differently. You would have this awesome take of a group of damaged people who will have to step up to unite the world because that was only the first strike and war is coming. I have to admit I was leery of the constantly changing viewpoints but with a group this large and complicated you almost have to. The author makes it work and there are some scenes that just wouldn't work as well such as the scenes with the Winter Soldier. Slowly other characters are being pulled in and this is going to be huge and ongoing for a while but so worth the read.

Awesome story, Harry Potter, Storm, Phoenix and Emma Frost together. You do not need to have an in-depth knowledge of either Harry Potter or Marvel to enjoy this story. Harry Potter ends up in the Marvel universe because he lost everything even though he won. He rescues Reed and Sue's son in the Negative Zone and is rescued in turn by them. Here he arrives just as the mutant situation is beginning. He meets Charles and the rest of the X-Men while they are just finishing high school. He becomes involved with Storm and the adventures begin. Harry is not one to stand aside he still has what he calls SPS (saving people syndrome) in addition the war made him realize that sometimes you have to be willing to kill to protect the ones you care about. The author has an awesome grasp on stunning fight scenes that keep you riveted as well as excellently done and well paced love scenes. There are enough to make this a love story albeit a strange one without overpowering the action or the character development. There is a little bit of everything so that the reader is never bored there is also a lot of twists and turns. No one is all powerful, too perfect or happy ever after. The multiple girls work because Storm was brought up in a society where men could have more than one wife if he could afford it and the wives approve. The story is huge and seems like it will continue for some time.

Excellent story of what would happen if Harry actually had some backup and knowledge when he enters Hogwarts. Harry has an eidetic memory and a temper after meeting with the Goblins he finds out that not only has he been stolen from but that he has a marriage contract with Daphne Greengrass. Things begin to change drastically from that as he learns more about who he is and his place in the world. Thanks to building alliances with the Longbottom and Bones family and his new in-laws he takes Dumbledore by surprise. All Dumbledore can do is watch as his plans for a Martyr Savior crumble around him.Harry begins to gather friends and allies around him and destroys the myth of the boy-who-lived and becomes the man, husband, and father he was always meant to be. The opening chapter grabs your attention and does not let go. The story as a little of everything and while some scenes are a little too dragged out the characterization is well done. The characters never loose momentum and while Harry is smart and powerful he is not super Harry.

First sorry for the long wait but I do have a lot of stories ready for posting starting with this one. This is a great story that is just funny as hell with so much outrageous behavior it is almost a parody.  In this story the Hokage must summon back all ninjas back to Konoha for the chunin exams. Unfortunately one of those ninjas is Naruto. Naruto has changed more than his friends have anticipated. He is actually the leader of a village and no longer considers himself a Konoha Ninja and is talked (bribed/threatened) into taking a genin team to the exams. There is a lot of fighting, drinking, sleeping around and general hell raising. There are some major twists and the end is bittersweet. The omakes are so bad be sure not to be drinking or eating in front of your computer to keep your keyboard clean.

Great story with a lot of snark and a Harry that knows what he wants in life (To be a top Nascar Driver) and damn anybody who tries to tell him different. He has the family to back it up too. This is a crossover with Mercedes Lackey's SERREated Edge series. However you do not need to know the series to understand the story. Dumbledore lost all track of Harry when he disappears at 6, he covers it  up and tells everyone that he is in training, finally in desperation he decides to hold the Tri-Wizard tournament and enter Harry. Aren't they all surprised when the magic pulls a racecar to appear and crash to a stop in the middle of the arena. Harry is pissed, the wizards are appalled he doesn't seem to know about magic and is refusing to cooperate. When his family get there Dumbledore and the ministry feel it is their duty to get Harry back to a proper family. After all they are only muggles how much trouble would his guardians give them, his grandmother Lady Ako, his parents Tannim and Shar Drake, his employer Keighvin Silverhair & his teacher Chinthliss and FX. They are about to find out they may be in a little more trouble for they are in reality; The Lady Ako of the Kitsunes, Lord Keighvin Silverhair of Fairgrove Elf, Chinthliss Dragon, FX a Kitsune fox spirit and his father Tannim The Iron Mage. They should have held to their motto. Never tickle a sleeping dragon.

Great story with an interesting premise, Tony raised by the Winter Soldier. I have not seen this before and the writer does an excellent job portraying Bucky as he slowly breaks his programing.  In this case the change is that the "accident" happens when Tony is four and he is actually in the car. When the Winter Soldier approaches the car to make sure the occupants are dead he realizes that Howard Stark is barely alive and in the backseat is a small boy screaming. Howard does not see his murderer through dying eyes he only sees an old ally and manages to say his last words. "Bucky, Get Tony....take care of my son."
For some reason the Winter Soldier hesitates then takes the boy with him reasoning that he could always kill him later. He takes Tony on a tour of the world as he avoids the press, police, his watchers and when Tony is six he finally manages to break his programming completely. He raises Tony as his son teaching he everything he needs to survive but he knows eventually he will have to tell him the truth. The time comes when Tony graduates college, after giving him an envelope with the truth he disappears years later something happens. Tony is kidnapped in Afghanistan and the Winter Soldier heads back. No one hurts his son and gets away with it. He will find him, he will find who did this and they will pay. He may be retired but he is still the most feared assassin in the world they have no idea who they have angered.

Excellent story but I have to admit the torture scenes can be too graphic for some people. Luckily you can tell where there is a flashback.  The story take place three years after Avengers when Shield finds Thor and a broken Loki in a desolate area of Norway. Loki was captured by the Chitauri and kept prisoner for a 1000 years and Thanos is after him and the Gauntlet Gems. It takes all of Asgard and the Avengers to stop Thanos. But it takes someone special to save Loki.

Poor Loki, there is a lot of thumping on him. The author delights in everything looking better then bam another hit.  The description of war is brutal, heartbreaking, and somehow glorious. This is a story well worth rereading. Just a heads up there is a major character death but it fits so well in the story.
